It is all about texture, lift, and vitality from bubbles; pressure sealed under screwcap. With vibrant effervescence... laced with the frills and whistles of lily musk and fronded fennel... lively with the timbre of pleasure, the evocation of excitement, the beat of earthen drum, and finished with a piquant lift of preserved lemon and Kawakawa.
