Handpicked Chardonnay fruit of clay soil origins – elegant and impressive taunts of grilled lime, grapefruit, baking spices and brioche are combined on the palate with notes of toasted almonds, summer ripe nectarine and peach and a hint of citrus tinged cream. Earthly scented and bound with a linen-like texture, slowly unfolding. We’ve toiled, we’ve crafted - the sense of presence and place is as relevant as it has always been.
