PaymentAll prices are for the supply of items in New Zealand and are stated in New Zealand dollars inclusive of goods & services tax (GST). In order to purchase alcohol you
must be over 18 years old and legally entitled to do so. All transactions are subject to this and all our other Terms and Conditions.
Payment details for your purchases will appear as West Brook Winery(NZ) Limited on your statements.
Returns and ExchangesWe are sure you will love our products as much as we do. However if you need to refund or exchange any product, please call West Brook Winery at the earliest convenience prior to returning the product to us. You can contact us on 09 411 9924 or email email@example.com. We will find a suitable solution should any problems arise. Should you wish to exchange product due to your error in ordering there will be an additional freight charge. IMPORTANT – West Brook Winery takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you use track and trace and get postal insurance before sending the items.
Dispatch and Delivery
Products are sent once a day buy courier in the morning Monday to Friday as we are in a rural pickup area.
Delivery must be to a physical address not a Post Office Box number.
Approximate times for delivery are usually within the following times: Auckland- 3 days, Waiheke Island-5days, North Island-4 days, South Island-5 days. Please allow more if you are a rural delivery.

By submitting an order to West Brook Winery, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
When purchasing products on the website you are confirming and acknowledging that you are legally entitled to purchase alcohol and are over 18 years of age and that all information supplied by you to us is true and correct at the time you make any purchase on the website.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include G.S.T (Goods & Services Tax)
Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
We will contact you within 48 hours if a product becomes unavailable after the order has been accepted. We will suggest product alternatives or remove the item from the order and give you a full refund.
Dispatch and delivery times are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
Amendments to orders can be made within 30 days of original dispatch date by contacting West Brook Winery via email or telephone and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched, then additional shipping costs will apply.
If a product is faulty, West Brook Winery will provide a full refund or exchange including all additional delivery costs.
Should there be a computer error that results in a misstatement of the price of your order, prior to your receipt of the order or at any time thereafter, we will make reasonable endeavours to contact you and advise you accordingly. You may elect to cancel your order or be required to pay us the difference between the amount actually paid by you in respect of your order and the correct amount payable.
If you pay by credit card you agree to indemnify us against any default by your credit card company to make payment to us in full.
You agree by registering on this website that you expressly consent to your inclusion in our direct marketing database and accept that you may, as a result, receive regular electronic communications and promotional communications from us. You have the right to ask us at any time to stop sending online communications and promotional offers to you.
