Orders: When you place an order, payment is facilitated using a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all sensitive customer data we collect is protected by multiple layers of encryption and security to prevent unauthorised access.

Payment Terms: Your credit card will be charged when you place an order. The name that will appear on cardholder statements will be “Westbrook Vineyards Limited" or "Westbrook Winery”. Full payment is required before shipping orders.

Credit Card Details: All credit card payments are processed securely through DPS. Westbrook Vineyards Limited does not store any credit card information on our servers.

Your Consent: By purchasing via our website, you expressly consent to the collection and use of your contact details by Westbrook Vineyards Limited. You accept that you will be added to our direct marketing database and will, as a result, receive communications from us including information about special promotions or wine sales and winery updates. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time by either emailing us at info@westbrook.co.nz and putting UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line, or by clicking on and following the UNSUBSCRIBE link which you’ll find at the bottom of any email sent from Westbrook.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page.

Intellectual Property Rights. All rights, title and interest in all Intellectual Property in all concepts, systems, written, graphic and other material relating to the Westbrook Winery website are owned by, and shall at all times remain the exclusive property of Westbrook Vineyards Limited and as such is protected by the relevant New Zealand laws.
