The West Brook Cellar Door looks across an idyllic duck pond and terraced picnic area to row after row of our Waimauku vines. It's the perfect place to acquaint yourself with the award-winning wines that have built West Brook's reputation. Once you've finished tasting you are welcome to stay and enjoy our well-appointed picnic area next to the pond, or head home with either a bottle or a boot-full to remind you of your visit.

Trying our wines
We invite you to our winery to enjoy a free tasting (groups smaller then 6). For larger groups bookings are recommended. One of our knowledgeable and friendly staff will take you through a selection of wines, teaching you a bit about how the wines are crafted – helping you gain an appreciation for the unique qualities of each wine.
For larger groups we offer a more formal tasting in our purpose-built tasting room.
Enjoying the setting
The winery is set in park-like surroundings, where we have for your enjoyment:
Barbeques (gas provided free of charge, though you might want to let us know if you intend to use them as we will make sure the gas bottles are full)
Giant Chess Set and Petanque
International-sized Petanque Court (boules available from the cellar door)
We invite you to bring out your own picnic to enjoy (please note we don't have a BYO license). Alternatively, we have a selection of cheeses and platter-style food for sale.
The cellar door has all the current wines for purchase (with even a few wines we don't release anywhere else). We also have a selection of older wines reaching as far back as 2010, as well as regular discounts throughout the year, so make sure you pop in regularly.
